ShowBot Support

For questions, problems or requests about ShowBot, email info@elementnrg.com. If it's about your account, include your account number, which you can see in Settings.

Signing in

You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. Signing in with Apple and with Google creates two separate ShowBot accounts, each with its own account number. To come back to the same account, sign in the same way each time.

Signing out (Settings → Account → Sign Out) ends your session on that phone only.

Deleting your account

In ShowBot, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. It needs an internet connection. If you can't use the app, email info@elementnrg.com with your account number and we'll delete the account for you.

Your guides stay on your phone. Our Privacy Policy explains what we delete and what we keep.

Usage measurements

To stop sending usage measurements, go to Settings → Usage Measurements and turn off Send usage measurements.
